We have two weekly fleamarkets right around the corner. I don´t visit fleamarkets as often as I used to do. My wife says I am a collector. And she is certainly right here. First Impressions The CLE (Compact LEICA Electronic) is much smaller than I thought was one of the first thing that went through my mind when I held her in my hands for the first time. And she is definetly a child of the 80ies. A very boxy design that reminded me of the first (point and shoot) camera I got as a birthday present from my parents when I was 11 or 12. Hamburg
Hamburg is my town. I live in Berlin and lived in San Jose, Madrid (my second favorite city), Brighton, Cologne and Stuttgart but I always was and will always be a Hamburger (yes, I have heard the fast food joke once or twice already). And I certainly have places with a personal historical meaning to me, places I simply like to be and places were can hit through one film after an other. Wertheim
Since I got married I have family in Southern Germany. My relatives were always quite old and my family rather small. But due to my wife my family became much larger all the sudden. When I was a boy I liked to be guests at big familes. I remember one family in our neighbourhood who had five kids.
